     We've very much enjoyed our unit.  Having a third bedroom where the baby can sleep peacefully apart from our older boys has been wonderful.  The extra play space is especially helpful during the winter months.  The sofa in the basement room is a queen-sized hideaway bed, making it our guest room.  We may be willing to include the sofa if requested.

     This is a non-smoking unit as are the neighboring units, so odors have never been an issue.  Our neighbors have always been courteous and quiet.
